At present we use a lender panel made up of 7 lenders who provide competitively priced products to meet the needs of our customers, whether this be speed of completion, self certifying income or improving their credit profile due to credit arrears or County Court Judgements. This panel of lenders is regularly reviewed and currently includes Money Partners Ltd, igroup Ltd, Rooftop Mortgages Ltd, First National, Mortgages Plc, Swift Advances Plc, SPML.. We are Mortgage Brokers, not appointed agents of these Lenders for mortgage business and therefore do not act on their behalf. This means that we act on your behalf to secure the most appropriate mortgage for you from our panel of Lenders and based on your circumstances and requirements.
We will provide advice and recommendation on suitable mortgage products available from us, based on your particular circumstances and requirements and the known market conditions. We will also provide you with information relevant to your mortgage needs covering such items as an explanation of the main repayment methods and the implications of taking out a mortgage.
We will be completing a detailed mortgage / financial review questionnaire to enable appropriate advice to be given on the mortgage and other related insurance products. When giving advice we will take care to help you select a mortgage to fit your needs by asking for relevant information about your circumstances and objectives. Our advice will also depend on your particular requirements and on the market conditions at the time.
Once we have made our recommendations to you, we will provide you with a Key Facts Illustration and details of why we have made the recommendation. It is important that that you read and understand the illustration before proceeding with your application.
Our company policy is to charge you a fee after completion of the mortgage. This payment is for the time spent researching the market plus the administration involved, submitting the application to the appropriate lender on your behalf and ensuring the transaction is completed to suit your requirements.
We will treat all your personal information as private and confidential (even when you are no longer a customer) except where disclosure is made at your request or with your consent in relation to arranging your mortgage. We will also explain that you have a right of access under the Data Protection Act 1998 to your personal records whether held manually or electronically.

If a General Insurance quotation is supplied we will let you know our status under the Association of British Insurers code of practice.
